Job Summary Seeking an experienced
Infrastructure Operations Manager with strong expertise in
Windows End User Computing (EUC) and Infrastructure Management. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure teams, drive operational excellence, manage enterprise Windows environments, and ensure high system availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Engineers.
- Manage Windows End User Computing (EUC) environments.
- Oversee infrastructure operations including Servers, Storage, and Networking.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
- Develop and enforce system administration, security, and support best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Drive automation and process improvements.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization initiatives.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-10 years of Infrastructure Operations experience.
- Strong experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing infrastructure teams and projects.
- Experience with automation and operational optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
