The role provides technical support for maintenance practices, infrastructure systems, HSE processes, data quality, reporting alignment, and infrastructure planning. The position works with regional and site teams to improve consistency, address facility and maintenance issues, strengthen asset management practices, identify infrastructure risks and replacement needs, and provide information that supports site plans and investment priorities.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary business administrator and super user for Brady360, reporting tools, and related infrastructure platforms. Maintain standards, support users, coordinate testing, manage system issues, and collaborate with IT and vendors on improvements.
  • Support preventive maintenance standards, asset hierarchies, job plans, work order processes, asset criticality assessments, and maintenance data management. Assist regional and site teams in evaluating recurring facility and equipment issues and identifying practical improvement opportunities.
  • Support facility and infrastructure-related safety and compliance activities, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), documentation reviews, audit preparedness, training materials, and corrective action follow-up. Partner with HSE and site teams to identify gaps, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Apply approved data requirements and routinely review asset, preventive maintenance, work order, inventory, and infrastructure records. Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information and work with regional teams to resolve data quality issues.
  • Support the implementation of approved KPI definitions and reporting requirements. Validate reports against source systems, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with regional, reporting, and IT teams.
  • Assist with facility condition assessments, asset lifecycle reviews, replacement forecasting, and site infrastructure planning. Provide technical input to help regional teams define needs, assess risks, prioritize projects, and develop preliminary capital investment scopes.
  • Support the development and implementation of infrastructure standards. Create procedures, checklists, audit tools, job aids, and training materials while providing coaching and guidance to regional and site teams.
  • Provide targeted support for facility, maintenance, systems, data, and infrastructure planning challenges. Connect regional teams with the appropriate technical, HSE, IT, reporting, or vendor resources when specialized expertise is needed.

  • Experience using CMMS/EAM systems, including preventive maintenance programs, work order management, asset records, and maintenance data.
  • Experience supporting safe maintenance practices and collaborating with HSE and site teams to ensure compliance and operational safety.
  • Ability to assess facility and asset conditions, identify risks, and translate findings into actionable priorities and improvement plans.
  • Strong analytical, data management, auditing, reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information and effectively collaborate across regions, functions, and matrix organizations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to R&D sites and work within active facility and maintenance environments.
  • Technical degree, trade certification, apprenticeship, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience supporting facilities and infrastructure operations across multiple locations, regions, or countries.
  • Experience with Brightly Asset Essentials, Brady360, SAP, Power BI, or other CMMS/EAM and reporting platforms.
  • Experience with facility condition assessments, asset lifecycle planning, site infrastructure planning, compliance reviews, or maintenance program optimization.
