THE WORK:- You'll manage and process project documentation, including Turnover Packages (TOP), engineering drawings, vendor submissions, and other related files.
- You'll use Procore to upload, organize, track, and maintain project records, ensuring easy access and up-to-date documentation.
- You'll coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation.
- You'll review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- You'll collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in documentation and provide progress updates.
- You'll maintain a comprehensive filing system to support project handover and closeout requirements.
- You'll generate periodic reports on documentation status, pending submissions, and approvals
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Document Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering project environment
- Proficiency in using Procore for document management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Familiarity with technical documentation, including engineering drawings and project sub-missions, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
$70,000 - $95,000 a year

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
