THE WORK:- You'll design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS to support CPM reporting and analytics.
- You'll execute ETL processes to assess client datasets and present data in consumable formats for business stakeholders.
- You'll perform data analysis and produce technical reports and findings that support program and project decision-making.
- You'll develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data automation workflows.
- You'll interpret trends, implement leading practices, and deliver actionable insights aligned to client business objectives.
- You'll lead departmental data process initiatives and support cross-functional data efforts.
- You'll provide data visualization support across program and project workgroups, serving as a shared resource where needed.
- You'll collaborate with CPM analytics team members on AWS platform buildout, including migration of SAP HANA views to AWS tables.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, information systems, communications, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience with AWS data engineering and development
- Experience with Phython and SQL
- Experience with data pipeline design, development, and maintenance
- Experience with Git / GitHub
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:- Experience with data management, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
- Ability to interpret trends and implement data-driven strategies
- Strong project management skills with experience leading analytics initiatives
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and reporting automation

$105,000 - $115,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
