Position Summary
The Information Technology Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of the organization's information technology systems in support of business objectives. This role provides technical leadership in the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of applications, hardware, network infrastructure, servers, and systems architecture across multiple company locations.
The IT Site Manager analyzes, tests, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing IT systems while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, performance optimization, and enhanced security. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity, availability, and security of the organization's network infrastructure, servers, backups, and related technologies.
Working both independently and collaboratively with their IT counterpart, the IT Site Manager provides recommendations to the Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs regarding IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives. This position also delivers high-quality technical support in a customer-focused environment, ensuring timely resolution of issues for users across multiple locations.
