Job Description:

INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
• Assist with manger duties to include timesheet approvals, and evaluations of her team of GDIT employees/subs
• Assist with training and daily learning of skills when needed
• Assist with any meetings that Manager or other supervisor cannot attend
• Assist with keeping kb articles and data for techs up to date and disseminating data to team to assist with ticket closing.
• Assisting techs with getting productivity up when they are not at standard.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements:
  • Work with customer technology and support requirements
  • Work with the technology industry
  • Possess strong communications skills to effectively interact with team members, all levels of management within the company and the client.


The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
