Information Systems Manager to oversee the hospital's IT infrastructure and lead a team responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing our information systems. The Information Systems Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of hospital systems, supporting clinical and administrative operations, and advancing our technology initiatives.
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in healthcare IT systems (EMR, HIS), networking, data security, and virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and data protection laws such as HIPAA.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Principle Tasks, Responsibilities, Duties:
