Remote- California

This position is only open to residents of: California, Arkansas, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington and Georgia.

Hmong and Spanish speakers who successfully pass a language exam will receive a minimum of .75 cents added to their wage.

The Information Services Project Coordinator assists Open Door Community Health Centers (ODCHC) with key projects. Responsibilities include Monitor daily progress, ensuring teams meet deadlines and stay within scope. Plan meetings, organize logistics, and maintain project timelines. Coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with the needs of the health center.

Compensation Range:

$78,000.00-$90,074.40

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensures that all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor daily progress, ensuring teams meet deadlines and stay within scope.
  • Manages project changes, scope, schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Prepare, update, and file project documents, change orders, status reports, and budgets.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with third party vendors as needed.
  • Monitor and reports billing and contracts for all 3rd party vendors.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
  • Documents desired project requirements and outcomes accurately as directed by Project Managers.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary tools, supplies, and information to complete their tasks.
  • Facilitate clear correspondence between the project manager, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Using Project Management software create executive-level dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into portfolio health, timelines, and risks.
  • Create tools and processes outside of project needs as required in Project Management Software.
  • Performs other duties as identified and assigned by supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and track multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent, and equitable manner.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Strong computer skills with specific aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven working experience in project management applications Smartsheet, MS Teams Channels and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to track many projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think quickly to resolve minor operational issues and identify process improvements.
  • Adheres to ODCHC's policies and procedures.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Three years of experience in a similar role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), preferred but not required.
  • Smartsheet Certified or equivalent experience, preferred but not required.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT: The Information Service Project Coordinator reports directly to the Information Services Project Manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is largely an office-based position. The physical requirements described are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.
