What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role is measured by healthcare revenue impact, repeatable vertical selling, and bench uplift. In the first two to four quarters, strong performance looks like:
- A small set of targeted, business-outcome healthcare plays are live (security, compliance, operations, care continuity) with named buyers, success metrics, and data paths.
- GTM is faster because geo solution engineers and regional sales managers can run plays using use cases, demos, architectures, talk tracks, and POV kits you built - overlay is not required on every call.
- Strategic provider, payer, and life sciences opportunities move on outcomes: executive meetings, qualified discovery, and POVs that convert.
