Job Description:

Role Summary:

Lead dealer relationships to drive market growth, promote company products and services, and strengthen dealer sales capability.

What You Will Do (Job Duties):
  • Apply business model knowledge and process guidance to support review and approval of variance programs and commercial actions.
  • Partner with dealers on forecasting, sales, rental and used equipment strategies, sales techniques, and new product rollouts.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers and support corrective action plans when needed.
  • Identify selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term business relationships.

Summary Pay Range:

$108,400 - $135,500

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.

- This position requires working onsite five days a week.
