In the assigned Job Role of Package Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Drive strategic analysis of business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical requirements while providing expert guidance on their impact on ERP design and functionality
• Provide expert insights on ERP solution architecture, to ensure scalability, high performance, and readiness for future growth
• Lead the creation of advanced custom solutions, offering technical direction and ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices
• Oversee overall strategy for system integration including ERP integration standards and provide expert guidance on data migration methodologies, to ensure accuracy, validation, and alignment with business objectives
• Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and innovating strategies to maximize system efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and design strategic knowledge transfer programs, to ensure system users and technical teams are fully equipped to maintain and utilize the ERP solution effectively

Required Skill and Experience Experience in SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) and Contract & Lease Management (CLM).
Experience in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX/CLM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs across global organizations.
Experience in Lease Administration, Lease Accounting, Contract Management, Lease-In / Lease-Out processing, Renewals, Terminations, AP/AR integration, and Revenue Recognition.
Knowledge of IFRS 16, ASC 842, Right-of-Use (ROU) Assets, Lease Liability valuation, multi-GAAP accounting, and financial compliance frameworks. turn1search1
Hands-on experience with Real Estate Master Data, Business Entities, Buildings, RentalObjects, Space Management, Condition Types, and Account Determination. turn1search5
Integration experience with SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, FM/TR, external property management platforms, and SAP Fiori-based analytics.
Capabilities in Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution architecture, business process design, data migration, testing, stakeholder management, and executive advisory.
Experience working with global delivery teams, driving process transformation, governance, audit readiness, reporting strategy, and adoption of SAP best practices within Real Estate and Lease Management domains.
Preferred Skill and Experience Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP, Manufacturing and QM
Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in logistics area will be an added advantage
Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements.
Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.
Good analytical and Communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Experience with EWM integration with other SAP modules, such as SD, MM, and PP.
Client Facing experience
Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Additional Details Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be
CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $118,000 to $174,000
Washington DC - $119,500 to $155,000
