Industry Marketing Campaigns Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Industry Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead demand generation efforts across our Banking & Financial Services, Technology, and Telecommunications verticals. This is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and industry leadership.

You will design and execute integrated campaigns that drive both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. This includes generating top-of-funnel pipeline, building brand authority in target industries, and equipping our Client Partners and Account Executives with the messaging and content they need to open and advance strategic conversations. You will work closely with industry-focused sales teams, Client Partners, and the broader marketing organization - including content, demand gen, digital, events, and partner marketing - to bring campaigns to life.

What you'll do

Campaign strategy and execution
  • Develop and own industry-specific integrated campaign plans for Banking, Financial Services, Technology, and Telecom verticals, aligned to business priorities and pipeline targets.
  • Design full-funnel campaigns, from awareness and thought leadership through to lead capture and MQL handoff , across digital, email, events, paid media, and ABM channels.
  • Build campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and audience segmentation strategies tailored to each industry's buyer personas and pain points.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budget, and execution timelines end-to-end, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Leverage AI tools throughout the campaign lifecycle to accelerate development - using AI for initial brief generation, messaging drafts, content personalization at scale, A/B test variant creation, and post-campaign performance summarization.

Cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner closely with industry-aligned Client Partners and sales teams to ensure campaign messaging reflects real buyer conversations and supports pipeline acceleration.
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for Banking, Financial Services, Technology, and Telecom go-to-market initiatives, participating in sales planning meetings and strategic account reviews.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team (Content, Digital, Events), and Partner Marketing teams to develop campaign assets, including ABM plays, industry landing pages, event sponsorships, and thought leadership content.
  • Work with the ServiceNow Partner Marketing ecosystem to co-develop and co-fund campaign programs where applicable.

Demand generation and pipeline contribution
  • Drive measurable top-of-funnel demand across target industries, with clear KPIs tied to MQLs, pipeline influenced, and campaign ROI.
  • Build and manage ABM programs targeting named accounts within strategic verticals, including Tier 1 financial institutions, major carriers, and enterprise technology companies.
  • Leverage intent data, firmographic signals, and sales intelligence to identify in-market buyers and prioritize campaign targeting.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting in CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Industry insights and messaging
  • Develop deep fluency in the regulatory, technology, and competitive landscape facing Banking, Financial Services, Technology, and Telecom enterprises, and translate those insights into compelling campaign narratives.
  • Create and maintain industry messaging guides and competitive positioning assets for use by sales teams and Client Partners.
  • Identify key industry events, analyst communities, and media channels to build NewRocket's voice and presence in each vertical.


Qualifications

Required
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years focused on industry or vertical marketing, or demand generation; specific to Banking and Financial Services or Telecom
  • Demonstrated success building and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline in enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • Experience marketing to Banking & Financial Services, Technology, and/or Telecommunications buyers - with fluency in their business priorities, regulatory environment, and technology investment cycles.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to build trusted relationships with sales, Client Partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, or equivalent) and campaign attribution reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical solutions into industry-resonant narratives.

Preferred
  • Experience in a professional services, systems integrator, or technology partner organization.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and intent-based targeting strategies.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate campaign development, including AI-assisted copywriting, content personalization, audience segmentation, creative ideation, and campaign performance analysis (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, MS CoPilot or similar platforms).
  • Background working with or alongside Private Equity-backed or Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its applications in regulated industries.
  • Experience managing co-marketing programs with strategic technology partners.
What success looks like

In your first 90 days
  • Built strong relationships with industry Client Partners and AEs across BFS, Technology, and Telecom.
  • Audited existing industry content and identified the key campaign gaps in each vertical.
  • Launched at least one full-funnel industry campaign with measurable MQL output.

By year one
  • Owning consistent demand and pipeline contribution from BFS, Technology, and Telecom campaigns.
  • Active ABM programs running across Tier 1 target accounts in each vertical.
  • Recognized as a trusted marketing partner by the industry-facing sales teams.
