Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Industry Events Specialist to help bring our trade show program across the Americas to life. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Industry Events, this role is central to delivering well-executed, high-impact events that elevate our brand, create strong market presence, and foster meaningful connections with prospects and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on details, takes initiative, and is eager to grow in event marketing. You'll play a hands-on role in producing trade shows that drive quality pipeline, fuel demand generation, and support sales success-while gaining end-to-end exposure to the strategy, planning, and execution that power a best-in-class trade show program.

What a day in the life looks like:
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Industry Events to plan and execute high-impact trade shows that showcase the brand, support sales engagement, and drive quality pipeline.
  • Manage event operations and logistics across multiple events, including timelines, vendors, materials, booth requirements, and show services.
  • Own relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, and alignment with event goals.
  • Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses to support delivery within approved budgets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Field teams to support event objectives, staffing, promotion, and in-booth experiences.
  • Support pre-show, on-site, and post-show engagement activities to maximize attendance, visibility, and pipeline impact.
  • Maintain organization and visibility across event plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to keep programs on schedule.
  • Support lead capture, data management, and post-event follow-up and reporting to measure event outcomes.
  • Support on-site event execution and represent the brand professionally during events (travel required).
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and event effectiveness, contributing ideas to elevate overall event performance.

What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in trade show or event marketing, supporting multi-event programs; B2B or technology event experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Comfortable coordinating event logistics, vendors, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or event management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; able to align and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Willingness to travel to support trade shows as needed.

Salary range* 85 - 95K

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates' range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
