Full Job Description
Project Superintendent - Industrial Warehouse Construction

Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent with a strong background in industrial warehouse construction, specifically tilt-wall (tilt-up) projects. This role will lead field operations on large-scale industrial warehouse builds across the United States.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing heavy concrete slabs, tilt-wall concrete panels, and large site development scopes, with a strong understanding of earthwork and site utilities. MEP scopes on these projects are typically minimal, so this role requires a superintendent who excels in concrete and site-driven construction environments.

This is a direct hire opportunity with travel required for projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
  • Manage and coordinate major subcontractors, with primary focus on: earthwork, site utilities, and concrete (heavy slab and tilt-wall panels)
  • Oversee large concrete placements including slab-on-grade and tilt-up wall panels
  • Coordinate crane picks and panel erection activities
  • Ensure quality control for structural concrete and building envelope components
  • Maintain project schedule and drive production to meet milestone deadlines
  • Conduct daily subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Perform site logistics planning and sequencing for high-production concrete operations
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout

  • Proven ability to manage high-value subcontract scopes
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
  • OSHA 30 (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with large distribution centers or logistics facilities
  • Background in large-scale site development
  • Experience coordinating crane operations for tilt-wall erection
  • Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
