Mowery is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join the team. The Superintendent is a leader who will be responsible for scheduling, managing, and motivating on-site workforce, coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers, and cost control and projections. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ground-up industrial projects.
Job Requirements:
- 10 years of progressively responsible field construction experience.
- Willing to travel
- Experience in industrial commercial work preferred
- Must have a working knowledge of scheduling, managing and motivating on-site workforce, coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers, and cost control and projections.
- Demonstrated leadership, management and interpersonal skills are essential.
