MainPurposeTo combine hands-on technicalexpertise with strong business and leadership acumen to manage assignedcustomer accounts, grow the business through new opportunities and competitivepricing, and lead a team of field technicians, ensuring both financial/businesstargets and technical service quality are consistently met or exceeded.
Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership& Field Operations•
Installation & Maintenance:Maintain hands-on technical involvement, installing, troubleshooting, andmaintaining commercial and industrial machinery (engines, conveyors, electricalsystems, and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment) as needed to support the team andstay credible with technicians and clients.
•
Technical Oversight: Readdiagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals to establish and guide workprocedures; oversee precision fitting, gear/shaft alignment, and equipmentadjustment to tight tolerances.

Quality & Fault Management:Oversee inspection, measurement, and fault-identification processes toensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, using the customer's onsitemaintenance management system (CMMS).
•
Parts & Inventory: Overseeidentification and ordering of replacement parts and maintain inventory ofparts and tools for the team.
•
Continuous Learning: Maintainand expand technical knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, andmechanical systems through ongoing training and industry workshops.
Account & BusinessManagement•
Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; ensure allorders and contracts are completed to the client's satisfaction whilemaximizing the financial benefit to the Company.

Client Reporting: Compileand present monthly/quarterly reports covering safety, financial, technical,and operational performance on a client-agreed schedule.
•
Process Improvement: Reviewinternal and client-facing operational processes to maximize efficiency; managechange effectively, both financially and technically; gather customer feedbackthrough satisfaction surveys and site visits.

Business Planning &Targets: Partner with management to set and achieve profit and businesstargets for assigned accounts.
•
New Business & Pricing: Identifynew business opportunities, prepare bids and pricing proposals for existing andprospective clients, and actively market the Company's services to the clientbase.
Team Leadership &Development•
Supervision: Manage a teamof field technicians; lead or attend daily shift meetings to prioritize workorders and minimize downtime.

Performance Development: Conductannual performance appraisals, identify training needs, and monitor the ongoingperformance of direct reports.
•
Safety Culture: Set theexample for correct safety behavior at all times; ensure familiarity with andadherence to OSHA standards; support the rollout of safety initiatives andreport incidents immediately.
•
People Management: Apply HRpolicies and practices effectively; monitor team satisfaction and provideguidance to direct reports as needed.
Qualifications andExperience•
Experience: Minimum of 5years of installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial and industrialmachinery, with demonstrated readiness to lead or mentor others (priorlead/supervisory experience a plus).
•
Technical Knowledge: Strongworking knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
•
Business Acumen: Experiencewith or aptitude for budgeting, forecasting, pricing/bid preparation, andaccount management.
•
Leadership: Demonstratedability to supervise, train, and develop technicians.
•
Safety: Familiarity withOSHA standards and requirements; ability to model and lead a strong safetyculture.
•
Communication: Strong oraland written communication skills, including comfort presenting performancereports directly to clients.
•
Driving Record: A gooddriving record is essential; ability to travel to client sites as needed.
•
Independence: Ability toperform tasks and manage competing priorities independently.
•
Education: High SchoolDiploma or equivalent; additional business, technical, or leadershiptraining/certification is a plus.
