Industrial Self-Perform Project ManagerEast & Westbrook Construction is looking for a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in industrial, self-perform environments. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of projects, leads from the front, and is committed to safety, quality, and delivering results.
What You'll Do- Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Drive and model our Safety Program-safety is our #1 priority
- Partner with Safety to develop site-specific safety plans
- Build and maintain project schedules and look-aheads
- Manage field teams, including Foremen, FITs, and Leadmen
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Monitor daily progress, budgets, and job performance
- Proactively identify and solve delays, risks, and field challenges
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, specs, and client expectations
- Prepare job status reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

What You Bring- 3+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of self-perform work, means & methods, and field execution
- Proven leadership in managing crews and developing field talent
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Experience with construction scheduling and project management tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- PMP certification is a plus (not required)
