What You'll DoYou'll help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, belts, chains, drives, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFDs.
- Read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and identify parts needed to complete repairs efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime, reliability, and equipment performance.
- Fabricate, weld, repair, and modify components as needed.
- Document work, labor hours, and parts usage in the maintenance system.
- Follow all safety procedures and support a clean, team-focused work environment.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with 480VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC, and 4-20mA systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use multimeters, meggers, and related tools.
- MIG/Stick welding, fabrication, rigging, and precision measuring tool experience.
- Knowledge of motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
- A safety-first mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Experience- Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, electro-mechanical, welding, or a related field.
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SEW, Siemens, Lenze, or Allen-Bradley drives.
