What We Offer- First year earnings of $116,000/year to $125,000/year DOE which includes hourly pay of $36.73 to $41.11 DOE, bi-weekly production bonus, shift premiums, and 354 hours of scheduled annual overtime.

Schedule- 12-hour rotating Dupont schedule
- Days and nights
- Every other weekend off
- Built-in overtime opportunities
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, electrical systems, and production equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Assist with troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts
- Work safely as part of a highly skilled maintenance team
What We're Looking ForRequired- 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, and electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule
Preferred- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Manufacturing, steel, paper, chemical, power generation, food processing, glass, or other industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Experience working with cranes, conveyors, pumps, or heavy equipment
