Standard Job DescriptionAnalyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

This position is in Ocala, FL.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record in work measurement and time standards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and statistical analysis.
- Experience in developing large layout designs for equipment and workspaces to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
Desired Skills1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Extensive experience in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
3. Ability to drive strategic decision-making through data analysis, clear reporting, and executive presentations.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
