  • Align Operations with Campus Design:
Analyze workflows and material handling needs to recommend improvements to core processes, MHE requirements (racking, forklifts, totes, etc.), and space utilization.
  • Build World-Class Labor Standards:
Develop and maintain engineered labor standards using MOST methodology. Train and educate teams on MOST best practices and drive adoption across operations.
  • Continuously Improve Productivity:
Review and refine labor models to simplify operations and enhance performance. Incorporate evolving strategies such as scheduling changes, process updates, seasonal demand, and environmental factors.
  • Shape Strategic Business Decisions:
Act as the industrial engineering liaison for key stakeholders, supporting business case development, productivity validation, and capital planning. Maintain strong partnerships with external industry groups and subject-matter experts.
  • Support Engineering & Site Development:
Facilitate engineering requirements and permitting for site plans, including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, fire protection, and HVAC.
  • Optimize Incentive Programs:
Partner with Operations and Finance to review and enhance incentive plans, validate performance, adjust baselines, and ensure plans drive the right behaviors and outcomes.
