Job DescriptionCoffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer/Crane Engineer to support and lead various crane projects for clients in the aerospace, military, energy, private, and manufacturing sectors. This role is aligned with our hybrid work schedule; with the appropriate experience and based on business needs.
QualificationsKey Responsibilities- Engineering and design tasks for crane refurbishment and replacement projects
- Technical lead and calculation development responsibilities
- Team coordination and multidisciplinary management
- Site visits, construction support, load testing
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- SolidWorks proficiency preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum 4 years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience
- Proven success supporting a highly performing engineering team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Availability to travel occasionally to site visits and client meetings
- Effective technical writing and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude with a focus on team and client success
Salary range: $85,000-$100,000
