Full Job Description
WSG Energy Services in Kitimat is seeking a Construction Manager to join our industrial cleaning team at Rio Tinto. This position is open to Kitimat and Terrace residents as there is no option for fly in fly out accommodation.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and office.

Construction Manager with a Minimum of 2-5 years of Experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all project performance including cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
  • Oversee all coordination, planning and identifying potential risks and assistance in resolving field issues.
  • Project Site Reviews, QAQC and Walkthrough Notes
  • Monthly budget updates and review with Project team
  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients through defining scopes of work, answering inquires, and monitoring progress.
  • Manage RFI Process, Manages change management and change order process.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office, Blubeam
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build accurate and detailed budgets
