What does the job involve?Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
Coordinate, compile, and develop benefits reports in accordance with CNLOER Benefits Plan Guidelines, Bay du Nord Project Benefits Agreement with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, and applicable requirements under the Accord Acts
Monitor project performance against benefits commitments and prepare internal and external compliance documentation.
Maintain tracking systems, including internal tracking systems, such as supplier engagement records, benefits content evaluations, dashboards, procurement tools and commitments follow-up.
Ensure data quality, completeness, and alignment across business units, and support continuous improvement of reporting processes and digital solutions.
Support audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews related to benefits compliance.
Engage regularly with suppliers to encourage transparent reporting, continuous improvement, and innovative approaches to increasing local value creation.
Collaborate with procurement, contract owners, and suppliers to ensure industrial benefits expectations are clearly communicated, understood, and embedded into contract strategies and execution plans.
Support collaboration with internal departments and contractors to ensure benefits and D&I commitments are reflected in procurement and contract execution.
Contribute to the implementation of the projects Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen local participation and supplier development.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen local industry capability and competitiveness, aligning supply chain activities with Equinors broader sustainability and community investment objectives.
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure contractual deliverables reflect benefits and local content obligations.
General procurement support related to systems management.
Support coordination of the CNLOER Special Oversight Process, including data collection, reporting, and engagement with internal SMEs.

Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3+ years in regulatory compliance, reporting, supply chain, project management, or industrial benefits roles (preferably in energy, major projects, or regulated industries).
Experience with stakeholder engagement, reporting systems, or benefits tracking is an asset.
Understanding of the Atlantic Canada offshore regulatory framework is considered a strong advantage.
Experience with training and communicating expectations to a variety of stakeholders. Ability to write clear, concise, and accurate reports for both internal and external audiences.
Strong analytical, data management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Word).
Familiarity with procurement processes and contract requirements is beneficial.
Well-rounded business acumen with high standards and business ethics in line with Equinors values.
