Job Description Summary

Position Responsibilities:

  • Apply business and technological knowledge in consulting with business partners and project teams to understand needs and requirements. Serve as the Power User/ back up to subject matter expert and provide recommendations for effective technological solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of complex technological solutions and implementation requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and internal ET partners to develop requirements to extract and transform data from various sources within the organization’s technical framework.
  • Work to continue to configure ICM with scalable, flexible, and maintainable processes and solutions which support the business rules of incentive compensation plans.
  • Perform quality assurance testing of system configuration and modifications to data input and output processes to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
  • Provide timely response to assess and analyze complex issues and technical problems.  Determine root causes and recommend appropriate process or system changes to avoid future issues.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit, established business policies and procedures, system security and change management processes.
  • Provide process definition and best practices leadership that fosters efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility in systems design and implementation to maximize system value.
  • Support all resources in the analysis, development, delivery and ongoing support of systems and processes to ensure systems/business processes are working as designed.  Assist in training and mentoring of other team members.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading automation efforts with HR/IT applications
  • 1-3 years of experience configuring within ICM, Motivator, and/or an equivalent incentive compensation management system, or equivalent experience.
  • Highly effective organizational skills and time management to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to express complex technical and business concepts in terms that are understandable to all levels within the business unit, technical unit, and corporate management
  • Demonstrated ability to write complex logical queries to facilitate calculations and reporting and to create complex formulas in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to initiate action, adapt to change, make difficult decisions and accept challenging assignments and special projects

Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.  Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.  All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $85,680.00 - 117,810.00

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
