Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in speech therapy or related field
• State certifications required for practice
• Strong preference for candidates with Certified Ed Specialist credentials
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience valued
• Background in Speech Language Pathology is a plus
• Ability to create engaging, interactive learning environments
• Able to pass necessary background checks and maintain health safety standards

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized or group instruction to students
• Deliver up to 40 hours of teaching per week on-site and at student homes
• Develop tailored lesson plans based on student feedback and needs
• Ensure a fun and interactive learning experience
• Maintain records of student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff as necessary
• Communicate effectively with students and their families
