At Hall's Culligan, you'll meet with homeowners, test their water, and help them choose solutions that genuinely improve their day-to-day life. No fluff. No gimmicks. Let's Talk About the Money (Because That's Why You're Here) • Paid training to get you up and running • Uncapped commission + bonuses • Most reps hit $80K-$100K in year one • Top performers earn $150K-200k+ • Leads are provided, and successful reps consistently supplement with self-generated opportunities - that's the key to success here. It starts with "when is the last time you had your water tested?" If you're someone who wants a clear path to $100K, here's what that actually looks like: • Run ~7 appointments per week • Close ~60% of them • Sell/rent ~6 systems per week That breaks down to: • ~$70K from sales commissions • ~$30K from rentals Total: ~$100K+ annually - plus full benefits No smoke and mirrors.
