In-Home Sales RepresentativeAbout the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Viva Home, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them find the perfect remodeling solutions for their needs. Using industry-leading technology, you'll design customized bath projects, present product options, and guide customers through the decision-making process.
This is a full-time, commission-based outside sales position with uncapped earning potential. Successful representatives can realistically earn between $100,000 and $180,000+ annually.Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
- Meet with company-provided, pre-qualified leads.
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software.
- Present product recommendations, pricing, and financing options.
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners throughout the sales process.
- Consistently close sales and achieve performance goals.
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communications.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
- Experience in home remodeling, construction, or home improvement is a plus.
- Comfortable delivering presentations and speaking confidently with homeowners.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Professional, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the local market.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
