This individual will play a crucial role in developing key professional & commercial accounts and expanding our market presence in Denver CO.

- Outside Sales Kitchen-Bath Remodeling Sales Experience with designers, realtors, general contractors and property managers is a big plus.
Who You Are:- 3 years+ of experience in-home sales within the kitchen and bath industry.
- Extensive network of contacts and key industry connections with realtors, interior designers, general contractors and multi-family builders and property managers.
- Proven track record of successfully developing key referral partners and new business with key accounts.
- Strong understanding of bath and kitchen remodeling and new installation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong closer.

Responsibilities:- Identify, develop and nurture relationships with key accounts: realtor, designers, general contractors, property managers, aging-in-home facilities, and multi-family builders, in need of kitchen and bath remodeling and new installation services.
- Leverage existing key relationships and account connections to introduce and sell bath and kitchen remodeling and installation services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key commercial accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs of $150k in sales per month.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
