Description

Supervisor's Title: Senior Sales Operations and Customer Service Manager

Exempt or Non-Exempt: Exempt

Location: Remote in the US and travels up to 75%

Basic Function

The iMR Implementation Specialist-EP supports new and existing customer sites as they adopt and gain proficiency with interventional magnetic resonance (iMR) procedures. This role will primarily focus on the performance of electrophysiology cardiac ablation procedures but will support other cardiac interventions as well.

The iMR Implementation Specialist-EP will instruct sites on the performance of EP procedures, cardiac interventions, promote efficiency in their implementation, and support the use of Imricor's technology within the iMR Lab.

This role partners with sites to guide implementation from initial planning through operational independence, ensuring long-term customer readiness and confidence in performing iMR procedures.

Responsibilities
• Works on-site with new customers to perform iMR training and to support an initial series of iMR procedures
• Serves as primary EP clinical resource for case coverage, product utilization, and troubleshooting for new, current customers and clinical study sites
• Provides expert clinical and technical support during cardiac procedures using Imricor technologies
• Provides live procedural support for EP mapping and cardiac ablation cases
• Participates in customer readiness assessments, implementation and site activation planning
• Participates in the development of iMR workflows, training materials, and ongoing workflow enhancements and improvements
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation of case support, customer education, call reports, training records, and other required quality-system documentation
• Works as a team with other iMR Implementation Specialist to ensure customer success
• Works with Application Sales Rep to ensure a smooth transition once account has obtained operational independence or when additional support is needed with existing accounts
• Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications
• Driven, ambitious, self-starter, problem solver, team player
• Completed an electrophysiology training program in 3D electro anatomical mapping and cardiac ablations
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in EP 3D mapping and arrythmia ablation case support
• Demonstrated expert level knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, catheter-based procedures and patient-care environments
• Experience providing direct clinical, technical, or applications support
• Strong communication and clinical teaching skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with research, industry partners, and field teams
• Ability to travel up to 75% including international travel, with flexibility to support customer timelines
• Verification that you will satisfy all hospital vendor credentialing requirements
• Must?have a valid driver's license?and ability to obtain a passport

Working Conditions
• Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.
• Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors.
• Combination of remote/corporate office, clinical site visits, and MRI lab environments
• Regular travel to hospitals and industry events
