Full Job Description
The Implementation Specialist will work cross-functionally with the Sales and Operations Departments to oversee all aspects of the client implementation process from initiation to transition to Operations. The Implementation Specialist will work to ensure a positive client experience during implementation and the first 90 days of a new program launch. This individual is responsible for applying expert knowledge of the implementation of large program process, providing strategic direction, and ensuring all information is provided across departments to ensure a successful launch.

Help to develop an in-depth understanding of the recruitment needs, training curriculum with the client as well as a roadmap to program launch and deployment post training. The Implementation Specialist will also work alongside the Finance Department to ensure that all processes pertaining to billing and invoicing are outlined. Attend new client training events and program launches. Establish a successful first 90 days to drive additional business within the client that IQVIA MedTech has partnered with.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Promote quality through the expert understanding of the Novasyte process
  • Work closely with internal partners (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR) to ensure client-specific requirements are planned appropriately and executed
  • Establish a road map for success within the first 90 days of a new client program launch
  • Consult with the client to develop recruitment profile and strategy and coordinate specifics with the Operations Team
  • Consult with the client to provide strategic direction on training programs and curriculum for new program launches
  • Attend and direct new client training programs with IQVIA MedTech consultants
  • Consult with the client to develop a strategy for deployment of new Novasyte consultants in the field after a training program
  • Monitor program KPI's and progress through the first 90 days of program launch
  • Develop Quarterly Business Reviews with the Sales Team to review the First 90 Days of a new program launch
  • Work closely with Quality team to help drive, implement and maintain IQVIA's commitment to its Quality Management System and Quality Objectives


Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business related field or Project Management
  • Have at least 5 years' experience in management or project management
  • Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application)
  • Be comfortable sitting at a desk for long periods of time making numerous phone calls and answering emails throughout the day
  • Have a desire to work in a fast growing environment, and be capable of using good judgment when communicating, interviewing and working with other employees

The potential base pay range for this role is $50 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
