In this position...
  • The Implementation Specialist (IS) will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily tasks assigned by the Implementation Manager. This will include working in a team-based environment and utilizing technology to create efficiencies in a collaborative work environment.
  • Activities can include preparing Balance Sheet Reviews, executing wholesale acquisitions, conducting F&I/Product training sessions, and developing consulting playbooks.
  • The goal of the position is to assist in delivering the Ford + plan by building strong working relationships with both internal and external partners and ensuring the continued support for Ford Credit.
  • The ideal candidate will have the capacity to work in a cross functional role between multiple IS teams.


Responsibilities

What you'll do...
  • Oversee and assist with dealership on boarding process
  • Support regions with wholesale takeover process as needed and lead dealer wholesale process training
  • Schedule, plan, and complete BSR and FCR process as needed
  • Be a subject matter expert on the dealership financial reporting and accounting policy. Provide accounting training to regional sales team and dealers
  • Interface with risk to support process, policy, and procedure rollouts and changes
  • Provide in-depth Finance and Insurance (F&I) consulting expertise and product knowledge training to new dealer employees
  • Interface with F&I product marketing to support product enhancements, rollouts, and changes
  • Support all Ford Credit initiatives to maintain or improve F&I Customer satisfaction and help Regional teams achieve required levels of dealership F&I training certifications
  • Develop and update dealer-facing F&I resources (Compliance checklist, etc.)
  • Help Coordinate AFIP certification bootcamps for dealers
  • Troubleshoot dealership operating systems and how they impact dealership processes and performance. Deliver onsite and remote Ford Credit application support as necessary
  • Implement and encourage dealer engagement with product organization enhancements
  • Assist with the adoption and implementation of Company systems, processes, and technologies at the dealer level. Train staff on the use and support of such systems
  • Understand dealership operating systems and how they impact dealership processes and performance to understand integration processes and pain points
  • Assist in creating internal Consulting Playbooks to drive efficiency and resolution in key areas such, but not limited to, risk, commercial, dealership operations, customer experience, F&I products, processes, compliance, dealership operating systems, Ford Credit application support, and commercial sales efforts.
  • Provide and assist BDM in dealer performance consulting


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Inquisitive, ability to dig deep within financial reporting
  • Experience with F&I products
  • Quick learner, ability to shift/adapt quickly
  • Ability to communicate effectively to end-users
  • Ability to influence, persuade and be comfortable having difficult conversations
  • Field sales operations and dealer relationship experience, and Performance Consulting
  • Position will be a Hybrid Position with in-person work being conducted at the Nashville Business Center (NBC), Colorado Springs Business Center (CSBC), or FMCC Dearborn Headquarters.

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
