About your role:As an Implementation Consultant III, you will lead implementation, training, consulting, and monthly processing activities for financial institution and corporate outsourcing clients. You will work with clients, vendors, and cross-functional partners to configure solutions, validate outputs, and support service delivery. Your work helps ensure implementations and outsourced operations are accurate, timely, and aligned to client requirements and service-level expectations.
What you'll do:- Lead implementation activities for outsourcing clients, including larger conversion efforts and single-product installations.
- Assess client business needs, identify appropriate solutions, and document functional and operational requirements.
- Configure products and services based on client requirements and manage setup updates through implementation and ongoing processing cycles.
- Conduct testing and validation activities, including configuration reviews, connectivity testing, data integrity checks, and output verification.
- Monitor daily outsourced operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contractual service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational performance data, including turnaround times, error rates, volumes, costs, and vendor metrics, to identify trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams across Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement to resolve issues, communicate status, and support transitions, onboarding, and monthly processing deliverables.

Experience you'll need to have:- 3+ years of experience in implementation, client consulting, outsourced operations, or product delivery within financial services, payments, banking operations, or a related environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing client implementations, product configurations, testing, validation, and monthly processing activities.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing operational data, vendor performance metrics, service-level agreements, and process outcomes to support issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Experience with account analysis and bank fee analysis processes.
- Experience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 822 files, CAMT.086 file structures, or similar financial data formats.
- Ability to document requirements, validate system outputs, coordinate cross-functional activities, and communicate implementation status and risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:- Experience supporting outsourced service delivery models or third-party vendor operations.
- Experience participating in process transitions from in-house teams to outsourcing partners.
- Knowledge of financial operations reporting, dashboard review, and service performance reporting.
- Experience supporting financial institution or corporate treasury clients.
