MassMutual is seeking analysts for a unique full-time developmental experience called "immerse". This early career rotational experience, based out of the MassMutual office in Boston's thriving Seaport district, is open to recent graduates interested in building a strong foundation across interrelated disciplines with flexibility to pursue a range of future leadership opportunities. After two years, immerse participants should expect to transition to new roles that align with individual career goals. Past immerse graduates have attained roles in technology, asset management, venture capital, startups, management consulting, finance and graduate education. The Team MassMutual's Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development groups consist of seasoned professionals from management consulting, investment banking, and professional services backgrounds with deep functional expertise. Leaders mentor analysts in an apprenticeship setting. immerse transforms enterprising graduates into confident, dynamic professionals with a strong foundation in structured thinking and problem-solving. Analysts build expertise across skill and topics readily transferable across career paths.
