Job Description:

  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards at the campus.
  • Provides oversight of capital equipment and department construction projects, collaborating with vendor partners to implement new technologies.
  • Improves quality by ensuring timely delivery of results and clinical quality measurement of Imaging exams and procedures.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans for Imaging operations, including budgets and process improvement activities.
  • Manages relationships within the Imaging departments, interdepartmentally, with customers, and medical staff.
  • Oversees operational and strategic leadership for the Imaging department across multiple sites.
  • Ensures exceptional patient experience in assigned areas, achieving patient experience results.
  • Oversees efficiency, effectiveness, and utilization of procedural areas, staff, and equipment.
  • Hires, orients, evaluates, and disciplines leadership for the Imaging department, maintaining high staff engagement.
  • Executes regional initiatives driving clinical excellence for Imaging services in various settings.
  • Manages financial oversight of a multi-million-dollar budget, ensuring performance accountability and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) [Preferred] OR
