You'll conduct assessments and field investigations, prepare technical reports, coordinate project teams and client communications, and support business development efforts.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support and manage client projects under the direction of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
  • Manage projects from proposal development through completion, including scope, budget, schedule, staffing, invoicing, and closeout.
  • Perform Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, and Building Science assessments.
  • Conduct field investigations and collect environmental and occupational exposure samples.
  • Prepare technical reports and communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate field documentation and project records.
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and client communications.
  • Assist with business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.
  • Mentor junior staff and support team development.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices.

You'll thrive here if you have
  • 5 to 10 years of consulting experience managing and conducting Industrial Hygiene and Building Science projects, including project management responsibilities from proposal development through project closeout and invoicing.
  • Current Houston Area Safety Council (HASC) Basic Plus certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to successfully meet DISA drug and alcohol testing requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to perform field work, including experience supporting petrochemical and refining industry clients.
  • Experience conducting asbestos surveys, occupational exposure monitoring, and noise assessments.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including budget management, scheduling, client communication, and coordination of field personnel.
  • Experience with Cority database systems.
  • Technical writing and report preparation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Background in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, and Building Science practices.
  • Experience with Industrial Hygiene and Building Science sampling equipment, monitoring instruments, and field protocols.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and effectively communicate findings.
  • Field Work 50%
  • Ability to travel some overnight, 25%
  • Other - TDSHS Asbestos and/or TDLR Mold license are a plus
