PAY: Starting at $76,065.60 to $93,184.00 annually, with opportunities for annual increases.
SCOPE OF POSITION:Responsible for delivery of marketing strategy and operational management of FireKeepers iGaming platform. This includes oversight of complete suite of iGaming marketing technology, management of departmental staff, formation of high-level marketing, planning and maintenance of relationships with key third partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices.
- Partner with Marketing Database, Advertising, Promotions, and Player Development teams to form cohesive marketing and operational strategy, aiming to unify player experience across retail and digital gaming.
- Serve as primary product manager for suite of iGaming operations and marketing systems.
- Oversee formation of iGaming promotional offerings, ensuring successful creation and distribution of all bonuses, rewards, and associated promotional documentation.
- Establish SOP for primary operation, departmental operations, ensuring adherence to all internal-control policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor departmental team on formation and improvement of engaging and effective Customer Relationship Management campaigns.
- Actively monitor advertising spend, monitoring ad-buying PI's to ensure efficiency and maximum return on investment.
- Investigate and assist FireKeepers Compliance in resolution of customer escalations to regulatory bodies. May be required to provide necessary information and reports to resolve issues.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with integrated gaming providers, third party ivendors and key iGaming industry contacts.
- Develop ad-hoc bespoke reports and other tools to provide solutions to departmental challenges.
- Oversees the position of iGaming Supervisor and iGaming VIP Supervisor, ensuring proper training, reports and tasks are completed.
- Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include maintaining sufficient staffing levels; interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:An applicant's education, training and experience must be sufficient to demonstrate that the applicant possesses the ability to successfully perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is required.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with five to seven years of casino marketing experience with a focus on online gaming. Established history of continued education and/or skill development. Capacity to quickly learn rapidly changing software suite. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be at least 21 years of age.
GENERAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with ten years of casino marketing experience, and two years departmental leadership within an iGaming operation. WEEA Certified.
