Full Job Description
What this job involves:

The IFM Lead oversees all Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations and delivery within an assigned area, connecting IFM to other service lines, bridging regional leadership to site-level teams, and fostering client relationships. This role ensures contract governance requirements are met while achieving high client satisfaction. You'll work closely with other global IFM Leads to ensure consistency in key initiatives and operational delivery, and regular travel to all sites within your portfolio will be required. This role will need to be able to work in ambiguity and create fast solutions to support client's rapid growth. This leader must have great team management skills and big picture thinking, with the ability to move fast and create structure in high paced environments.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Leading and managing all IFM operations within your assigned area to meet JLL and client objectives
  • Serving as the primary contact and escalation point for buildings within your portfolio regarding service delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to address operational challenges proactively. Big picture thinking and supporting the client through rapid change.
  • Bringing JLL best practices to the account and supporting creation of SOPs.
  • Assisting with budget development and achieving agreed financial targets and KPI metrics
  • Assistance in creating SLAs and training teams on how to execute them effectively
  • Supporting transition and utilization of Corrigo
  • Tracking metrics and using them to assist the Account Director on creation of initiatives to improve operations
  • Managing team performance and ensuring services are understood, teams are well trained and services are delivered in adherence to contracts, KPIs, and service level agreements.
  • Managing vendor relationships and implementing best practices across operations
  • Implementing area-specific initiatives while ensuring alignment with regional standards and procedures
  • Fostering team development through succession planning and performance management

Desired experience and technical skills

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with management/technical emphasis
  • 8+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on integrated facilities management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing IFM operations
  • Experience managing teams and facilities across multiple and remote locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with various stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area as necessary

Preferred:
  • MBA degree
  • Experience translating client needs and balancing client interests with those of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience driving operational efficiency and implementing innovative solutions
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and tools for operations optimization
  • Experience with cross-selling services and identifying growth opportunities
  • Background in emergency prevention and operational controls
  • Track record of fostering collaborative team cultures and talent development

Estimated compensation for this position:

140,000.00 - 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
