About the roleThe Identity Governance & Access Management (IGA) Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise identity and access management capabilities utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role leads role-based access control (RBAC) initiatives, identity governance processes, application onboarding, access certifications, and integration solutions with ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise platforms. The position combines deep technical expertise with governance, compliance, and business process leadership to enable secure, scalable, and auditable access across the enterprise.

- Ensure IT solutions meet requirements for security, availability, capacity, resiliency, and performance in a way that is efficient and supportable, reducing overall support costs.
- Understand industry leading solutions and trends for assigned technologies and applying those as appropriate for COUNTRY.
- Understand business needs and partnering with appropriate IT counterparts to recommend technology solutions.
- Establish and maintain an IT multi-year strategy with a focus on continuous improvement. Create and maintain solutions architecture artifacts and other strategy and system documentation.
Do you have what we're looking for?Required Qualifications- Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles, practices, and their role in enterprise security.
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or a comparable IGA platform.
- Experience designing and executing identity and access management strategies, including role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, certifications, and access governance.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls in highly regulated and audited environments.
- Proficiency in one or more scripting and programming languages, such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience integrating applications through APIs and developing automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of identity-related technologies, including Active Directory, LDAP, Windows, Linux, source control platforms (GitLab), and cloud services.
- Demonstrated success mentoring engineers, influencing technical direction, and contributing to security strategy and maturity initiatives.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence security and access management decisions across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud-native technologies and serverless platforms such as Azure Functions.
- Professional certifications related to Identity and Access Management, Information Security, or Cloud Security.
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise role models and access governance frameworks.
- Passion for continuous improvement and driving the evolution of mature IGA practices.

Base Pay Range:$113,200-$155,650
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
