The Opportunity:
Seeking a recognized master-level Intelligence Operations/Collections Specialist to lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives for identity assets and associated intelligence data systems. This senior professional will serve as a subject matter expert in validating the accuracy and integrity of identity data within the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) Data Integration and Interoperability (DII) environment, ensuring compliance with Intelligence Community policies and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Data Quality & Validation
Perform comprehensive quality assurance and quality control activities to validate the accuracy and integrity of identity assets and associated intelligence data
Establish operational plans and develop innovative processes to enhance data quality standards and validation procedures
Identify records requiring updates due to policy changes, analytical findings, or user feedback across intelligence systems
Apply advanced data science scripting and research techniques to support complex data corrections and integrity improvements
Auditing & Compliance
Conduct sophisticated audits of identity data and intelligence systems to ensure compliance with NCTC DII processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and classification management requirements
Report findings to executive leadership and communicate strategic recommendations for corrective actions
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance data quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness
Develop and implement new standards and operational plans that will have significant impact on the achievement of functional results
Intelligence Operations Support
Apply deep expertise in NCTC DII processes, SOPs, classification management, and Intelligence Community (IC) policies
Support evolving mission priorities through flexible application of targeting, identity intelligence, and collection requirements expertise
Serve as the bridge between data collectors, intelligence systems, and intelligence consumers
Integrate operational capabilities to respond to mission concepts of operations and analytical requirements
Strategic Leadership
Develop strategic goals and implement strategic initiatives in support of organizational objectives
Significantly improve existing processes and practices for efficiency and effectiveness across intelligence operations
Provide expert guidance on intelligence systems that guide intelligence collection and dissemination
Requires regular communication with executive leadership on matters of data quality, compliance, and mission impact
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in intelligence operations, data quality, or related intelligence disciplines
Advanced degree may substitute for some experience
TS/SCI clearance with Poly required

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
