JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Infrastructure Architect to play a critical role in a large-scale post-acquisition integration. This position will lead identity, endpoint, and infrastructure architecture strategy to ensure a secure and seamless integration of systems, users, and environments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the SME for Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune (endpoint management)
Design and implement cross-domain trust strategy between legacy and acquired environments
Lead identity and infrastructure integration efforts across newly merged organizations
Oversee:
User identity lifecycle management
Authentication and access provisioning
Endpoint configuration and device management
Support enterprise-wide initiatives including:
Onboarding new employees into systems
Ensuring proper access, provisioning, and system setup
Supporting integration with payroll systems to ensure employees are set up and paid accurately
Partner with technical and business teams to ensure secure and scalable architecture alignment
Identify and manage integration dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
Work closely with the Program Manager (PM) as a key strategic partner
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and identity architecture with deep expertise in:
Active Directory (AD)
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Microsoft Intune / endpoint management
5+ years of proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security best practices and compliance frameworks
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar preferences
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise onboarding and provisioning workflows
3+ years of experience in post-merger integrations or multi-tenant consolidation
Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, biotech, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Identity & Access Administrator)
