Full Job Description
North Point Technology is looking to hire an ICAM Integration Engineer to support a government Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) program protecting critical mission applications across multiple security domains. In this role you will work directly with a consumer integration team, collaborating with clients around the world to support their mission activities. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain a CI Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities:

You will manage client integrations with ICAM services, leveraging project management skills to meet deadlines and improve technical procedures. This includes debugging software issues, investigating root causes, and recommending fixes, as well as briefing program and customer leadership on product and implementation details at both technical and functional levels. You will implement, evolve, and support authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), federation, and cloud infrastructure, while applying methods and standards for documenting enterprise IT architecture. Additional duties include performing software testing and validation, conducting system integration activities across multiple services, supporting CI/CD pipeline activities from requirements gathering through usability sessions, and escalating impediments to program leadership as appropriate.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Debugging software issues, investigating root causes, and recommending fixes
  • Implementation and support of authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), and SAML federation
  • Cloud infrastructure implementation and support
  • Enterprise IT architecture analysis and documentation
  • Software testing or validation procedures
  • System integration across multiple services and platforms
  • Documenting processes and procedures
  • CI/CD pipeline participation including requirements gathering and usability sessions

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Strong authentication technologies and protocols (e.g., PKI, SSL)
  • Linux system administration
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Scrum, and Agile methodologies
  • Oracle Identity and Access Management (IdAM) suite, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
  • Ping, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible
  • Authentication standards: OAuth, SAML, or PKI
  • Open standards: REST, SOAP, JSON, LDAP
  • Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA)

Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain CI Polygraph; must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, or Master's degree
  • CompTIA Security+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II equivalent certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of start
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification (preferred)
