I&C Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced I&C Maintenance Supervisor to lead instrumentation and controls maintenance activities at a commercial nuclear power plant. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating maintenance execution, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient work performance in support of plant operations and outage activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise I&C maintenance and troubleshooting activities for plant instrumentation and control systems
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with station procedures, safety standards, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements
  • Coordinate daily work activities with Operations, Engineering, and Work Management teams
  • Support preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance activities
  • Provide field oversight, coaching, and technical guidance to maintenance personnel
  • Promote strong nuclear safety culture and human performance standards
