Location: Hybrid - Charlotte, MI (and surrounding areas)
Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
The Role:SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings using NDBI and naturalistic approaches.
What You'll Do:- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
- Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
- Partner with families as true collaborators (not just "trainers")
- Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
- Work across home, school, and community settings
- Facilitate skills-based group sessions to support social, behavioral, and functional development
You're a Great Fit If You Have:- Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Required: Michigan state licensure
- Required: Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
- Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
- Early childhood development expertise
