  • Report on division KPIs: safety, utilization, margin, and customer satisfaction

The Role

We need an experienced Operations Manager to run our Hydrovac/Hydroblast division day to day. You'll own safety, crew performance, equipment, and job profitability, and you'll be the main point of contact for our clients in the field.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, schedule, and dispatch hydrovac and hydroblast crews and equipment across multiple sites
  • Lead and develop operators, leads, and supervisors
  • Drive a zero-incident safety culture that meets MSHA, OSHA, and client site requirements
