  • A key part of the role is monitoring plant performance, analyzing operational data, validating KPIs, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
  • You'd work closely with operations teams to troubleshoot process issues, participate in root cause analyses, and implement long-term solutions
  • Training and knowledge sharing are important, so you'd help develop process training programs and provide technical guidance to plant personnel
  • You'd support plant turnarounds, startup and shutdown activities, and contribute to major projects by providing process engineering expertise
  • We're looking for someone who can work independently, influence best practices, and collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and other facilities
  • The role requires flexibility to support planned and unplanned operational events, and comfort working in industrial environments, including elevated areas and confined spaces as needed

  • Hydrogen operations experience would be a strong asset, though it's not a requirement
  • We'd value someone with project management experience who can help drive initiatives, support plant improvements, and work across multiple teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, as you'll be collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
  • The role requires some flexibility, including occasional off-hours support, so you'll need to be comfortable carrying a laptop and cell phone as needed
