Job DescriptionUnder general supervision, responsible for determining how to implement leadership decisions, implementing them to achieve the desire objectives and monitoring compliance, success, failure, and recommending associated improvements.
Location: hybrid, local with the ability to work remote when not needing to be on-site
Responsibilities- Oversee and review the day-to-day work of others, assisting staff in knowing their job responsibilities, understanding expectations, and supervising the staff's compliance with standards and expectations.
- Coach employees giving them constructive feedback to help them perform certain tasks.
- Build and maintain a positive team environment.
- Utilize existing knowledge, previous experiences, and observations of existing staff and processes to document and suggest improvements.
- Gather and submit informational reports to leadership.
- Act as Project Manager for solution improvements and upgrades associated with Clinical Imaging solutions and interfaces.
- Address inquiries and complaints from customers and work to resolve them and avoid recurrence.
- Assist in identifying, hiring, and training new staff.
- Keep track of employee schedules and maintain personnel records.
- Provide frequent feedback to team members related to their performance.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to create performance goals and set deadlines matching company plans.
- Recommend employees who are eligible for promotions.
- Assist with training new employees.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Expereince:
Six years (6) or more years of Leadership and Epic experience required.
Three (3) or more years of experience required with a bachelor's degree in computer science or a preferred related field.
Three (3) or more years of experience desired in implementing and supporting solutions such as As Software (OBGYN), Infor Cloverleaf, iNTEFACEWARE Iguana preferred.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION:
Epic Certification in Bridges and\or Certification in Clinical interface engine software required within (180 Days).
