Qualifications

• Must be a certified BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
• Experience with behavioral analysis and treatment planning.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and families.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of therapists effectively.
• Familiarity with ethical and legal guidelines in behavioral therapy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the implementation of treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized programs based on client needs.
• Train and mentor staff members to ensure best practices in service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze client progress, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with families to support clients' behavioral goals.
