Qualifications

• Certified BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
• Strong background in behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis (ABA).

• Proven ability to manage caseloads and provide high-quality clinical services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
