Description
KidSpeak is seeking a passionate and motivated
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our
expanding North Charlotte clinic. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working
1-2 days remotely and 3-4 days onsite in the clinic, while still maintaining strong collaboration and connection with your interdisciplinary team.
In this position, you will provide high-quality ABA services through a combination of in-person care and virtual support, including remote supervision and observation hours. You will work closely alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver comprehensive, collaborative care tailored to each child's unique needs.
What You'll Do- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Complete virtual and in-person observations and supervision sessions
- Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress across environments
- Partner closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create integrated treatment approaches
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and payer requirements
Schedule & Flexibility- Hybrid schedule:
- 1-2 days work from home
- 3-4 days onsite at our North Charlotte clinic

Qualifications- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active North Carolina state licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and families in a multidisciplinary environment
